Raised in a traditional Indian household, Nilanjana Caballero grew up with the flavors and aromas of her family’s home kitchens wafting through the house. On special occasions, holidays, and every typical weekday, the dining table was filled with plates serving the most colorful flavors in the world. It is from that experience that Nilanjana developed the concept to empower home cooks everywhere to serve authentic, restaurant-quality flavors in their own homes.

I'm vegetarian. Do these curries include meat?

No, our products are vegetarian and three flavors (Red Korma, Palak Saag and Vindaloo) are even vegan. Add anything that suits your needs and preferences to make a delicious curry in fewer than five minutes.
What curry would you recommend for a first time Jeera House experience?

I’d recommend Butter Masala. This one has a very creamy taste and silky texture. It’s very popular at restaurants, and for good reason. Don’t be nervous to dig in – it’s not too spicy, just flavorful.
How do you know these are as good as restaurant curries?

This is our favorite question. We purchased curries from restaurants near and far to us as part of our research and development process. When Jeera House curries consistently outperformed restaurant curries in blind taste tests, we knew it was time to perfect our recipe and package them for you.
What is the tiny package included in the curry box?

This is our special spice blend, which contains Kashmiri chili peppers and other spices. If you like a little hotter taste, or know someone in your household who does, this makes it easy for everyone to enjoy their favorite flavors together. Just sprinkle it on and mix.
