Red Korma

Our unique take on Red Korma is made vegan from a blend of aromatic spices including cumin, coriander, and turmeric. It’s the inclusion of red chili peppers and other spices that give this version its signature red color and creamy, delicious flavor.

From the Urdu word meaning “to braise,” this Red Korma is usually served with meat, but can be easily adapted to vegetarian if you prefer.

"I like to eat it both plain and with grilled chicken. I typically eat the Red Korma as a soup or with grilled chicken on top of rice. I appreciate how easy it is to just heat up the sauce as well as the mild spice to it."
