2 lbs. boneless salmon (one inch cubes)
Two tablespoons oil
Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the oil.
Once the oil shimmers, add the salmon and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Be careful not to overcook.
Add the Tikka Curry sauce.
Stir it and cook on medium-low heat. Ensure salmon is cooked and warmed through.
Some optional garnishes include: cilantro, chopped red onion, a squeeze of lemon or lime, a splash of cream or a sprinkle of our included spice packet.
Serve hot with rice or naan. Remember, all Jeera House curries are just as good - if not better - the next day!
